Licensed Practical Nurses providing In- Home Care for our clients. A licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides nursing care and services to patients in their place of residence in accordance with Sarah Care USA policies and procedures and under the supervision of the agency’s supervising registered nurse in the field. LPN’s are licensed by NYS. They perform shift and private duty nursing services in the home and institutional setting.

Our Nurses Are Trained In:

• Skilled nursing services such as dressing changes, wound care, injections.
• Helping dispense medication and providing appropriate education about use and care.
• Closely cooperating with client’s primary care physician and implementing his/her care plan.
